Trade deficit will decline from this year: PM

Kathmandu : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the trade deficit of the country would come down from this fiscal year itself.

Accepting the economic prosperity roadmap 2074 developed by the Confederation of Nepalese Industries at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar today, he said the government is coming up with a special plan to bring down the trade deficit.

Stating that the government and private sector should work together for carving the nation’s path to prosperity, he expressed the commitment to remove the legal hurdles in the industry and business sector.
